Services
We perform home inspections by going above and beyond the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We aim to give you the information you need to make an informed decision specializing in full home inspections as well as four point and wind mitigation inspections. Feel free to ask your inspector about ancillary inspection services.
Qualifications
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
Sample Reports
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.

Meet the Inspector
My name is Ramon Ledesma.
Growing up, my father was an Electronic Warfare technician in the U.S. Navy. After his retirement, he became a carpenter. I was always fascinated by his skills and his ability to troubleshoot and fix things.
In my previous job as the Director of Training for the local Boar's Head Purveyor in Pensacola, I honed my skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service Excellence.
At L&L Veritas Inspections LLC, we believe in building strong relationships with our clients and business partners. We provide thorough and trustworthy home inspections that go beyond the Residential Standards of Practice. As a home inspector, I take pride in my work and ensure that my clients receive the information they need to maintain their homes. My goal is to provide them with an understanding of their home's most important components, giving them peace of mind.
I am passionate about helping people, and we will continue to support our clients and business partners throughout and after the inspection process.
We Educate Our Clients
During the home inspection, we will show you how everything in your house works, how to maintain it, and how to save home energy. Scientific evidence demonstrates a solid relationship between housing conditions and human health. So, let's make sure your home supports your health.
